Igniting a global conversation around impact of women on business.
On International Women’s Day 2017, we wanted to do more than mark the occasion. We wanted to start a conversation — a real one, at scale.
The idea was simple: a 24-hour Facebook Live event hosted under #SheMeansBusiness, bringing together women business owners, leaders, influencers, NGOs and policymakers from around the world to share stories, impart knowledge, and speak plainly about what it means to build something.
We developed the creative concept, assets and communications for the initiative. The concept was subsequently adopted globally — resulting in over 200 Facebook Live sessions across 30 countries.
